Our service departments include cooking equipment, refrigeration/HVAC & installation; all are available 24/7/365 for your repair needs. Monday through Friday 7am-4pm is billed at regular-time, and all other times are billed as overtime. We have 42 service vehicles generously stocked from Greeley to Colo. Springs with parts & equipment that are radio dispatched to respond quickly & efficiently to your location. Because Hawkins services most major brands & is the manufacturers rep for over 100 companies, we have built a large network of qualified sub-agents to better serve you. For customers that would like to drop off their equipment, we have in-shop technicians that are available for carry-in repairs & refurbishing.
Our full coverage area is the state of Colorado; we service or have sub-agents to handle the entire state (both warranty service and standard repairs).
We are one of the only commercial appliance servicers that offers in-shop repairs here in Colorado. All the same manufacturer’s warranty apply for our in-shop service. Manufacturers actually require that most countertop units be worked on away from the customer’s busy kitchen. We can also repair large items in-shop like fryers, steamers & prep coolers. Both of our locations have this service available during normal business hours. Try us out some time! (We do not pick-up equipment to bring in the shop – unless our tech is already at your site. Delivery back to you from the shop is offered but not always same-week, & does cost our normal labor rate.)
We have built a full-service training facility in our Denver Headquarters with access to everything you will need to run your equipment. We would be glad to host manufacturer training classes that your employees could attend.
